Finnovating incorporates the Dibanka Group into its capital to consolidate its presence in Latam

• Finnovating has incorporated the Latin American technology group Dibanka as a partner in a new capital increase with the aim of continuing to grow throughout the region.

FinTech technology group Dibanka, one of the leaders in financial innovation in Latin America, has announced its strategic investment in Finnovating. This agreement seeks to boost Finnovating’s growth in the Latin American market, while strengthening Dibanka’s operations in Europe thanks to Finnovating’s know-how and network.

Finnovating, a platform for connecting technology companies, startups and corporations, already has 30,000 companies in its community and has facilitated thousands of successful connections. This alliance will allow it to continue growing in markets such as Mexico, Colombia and Panama.

Dibanka will take advantage of this collaboration to expand in Europe, one of the most dynamic and competitive markets in the financial sector, benefiting from Finnovating’s network and experience. The DiBanka group has had offices in Madrid since 2023.
