The Finnovating platform launches the first report of the Global FinTech ecosystem

Finnovating is the first platform and community that connects +70,000 FinTech ecosystem companies and technology startups from around the world with corporations and investors in more than 125 countries.

Today it has one of the largest database of FinTech startups (companies with financial technology) that offer innovative solutions in banking, loans, personal finance, payment methods, among other services.

With the aim of sharing in detail the state of the FinTech sector worldwide, Finnovating has created the first FinTech Global Vision 2023 report that offers a global vision and comparative analysis of the different countries in the regions of Europe, LATAM, South America North, Asia, Africa and Oceania.

This report manages to simplify the complexity of the FinTech Sector, analyzing, standardizing and comparing the leading countries of the platform’s FinTech ecosystem.

What kind of analysis of the global FinTech ecosystem includes this report?

3 types of analysis are included:

• Number of active FinTechs: This variable examines the number of active FinTechs in each country, regardless of their nationality.
• Number of local FinTechs: This variable examines the number of active FinTechs based in their own country.
• Maturity Index: This index has been developed by calculating the number of FinTechs per million inhabitants in each country, giving us information about the development of each country in terms of FinTech creation.

How has this report been produced?

Finnovating is more than a database, since the information has been provided by their own members to be profiled in order to find the best clients, partners and investors. Using this data and their unique AI algorithms, it connects companies around the world to reinvent the way to do business.

Why this report?

Finnovating is aware of the need to better organize and understand the FinTech sector, since in the coming years it will be key to the transformation not only of the financial sector, but also of our society. The problem is that there is no heterogeneity in the data when we want to do a global comparative analysis, since this opportunity stopped being local after the pandemic.​

With this challenge in mind, Finnovating wanted to be able to connect the entire global ecosystem, and for this reason we launched the Finnovating platform that connects FinTechs from more than 125 countries. Thanks to these connections, it has created the most complete database in the world, since this information is incorporated by each company and validated by the Finnovating team.
